For more than 20 years, Igniting Africa (Torchbearer Foundation) has worked in some of Africa’s poorest communities, training future entrepreneurs, helping small businesses succeed, and creating a network of like-minded African entrepreneurs who share Igniting Africa’s commitment to creating positive change.
To further expand its impact, Igniting Africa has established the School of Christian Social Entrepreneurship. The School provides a comprehensive, hands-on entrepreneurial education to highly motivated and capable students who have a vested interest in giving back to their communities.
The School’s supportive and innovative environment allows students to learn new skills and develop business ideas that they can implement in their home communities.
Our School is open to people of all faiths and beliefs, and will be inclusive of anyone who wants to create a better Africa. The School will be bible-based and Christ-centered in order to inspire, motivate, and support our students as they achieve their goals.
